STEP 01
Provide the vendor quote or project proposal, what you want to accomplish, and a little context about your business and existing systems.
STEP 02
AI follows an experienced IT reviewer’s guidance to prepare the analysis. The reviewer checks the findings and, when needed, sends one consolidated set of clarification questions by email.
STEP 03
Receive a personally reviewed assessment with a determination, supporting reasons, and clearly stated assumptions and unknowns.
Experience behind the analysis
AI is guided by a review approach informed by 35 years of human IT experience. It helps organize the details and surface questions. Every final opinion is personally reviewed to challenge the analysis, assess what matters, and put the findings into practical business terms.
A few clear answers
The quoted commitment includes equipment, implementation, and committed subscription charges. Share the full proposal so the scope can be confirmed before work begins.
This is a document-based assessment. System inspection, implementation, ongoing support, meetings, legal advice, and security or compliance certification are outside the standard review.
One round of clarification questions is included. The written opinion identifies assumptions and unknowns rather than treating missing information as a confirmed fact.
Additional proposals, revised submissions, or deeper investigation require a separate written scope and price agreed before work begins.
Before you submit confidential documents, the service agreement will identify the AI and storage services used, their relevant data-use terms, and retention arrangements. Please omit passwords and unnecessary personal information.
The opinion is based on the information you supply. It does not guarantee vendor performance, savings, compatibility, or project success. You retain the final purchasing decision.
